"wheres Charlotte or whats a Charlotte". Well in the upcoming weeks I will give you an Image tour of this small town [city]. I will say this , Charlotte has made great strides in putting in sidewalks...that's right sidewalks, ya cannot be a world class city with out sidewalks and I know that most of you from bigger cities will agree with me.
